  • Each guest, regardless of age, requires an individual guest ticket.
  • Graduates are issued a specific number of guest tickets. Additional guest tickets are not available due to limited capacity at the venue.
  • Each electronic ticket is unique and can only be used to admit one individual to the venue.

Wilmington University distributes commencement tickets electronically. Graduates will be sent an email in early May with instructions for obtaining and using the electronic tickets.

  • Please distribute electronic tickets to your guests before entering the venue and explain our policies.
  • All graduates and guests should be prepared to present a ticket upon entering the venue, either printed (on your own, in advance) or on a smartphone. Wilmington University cannot provide printed tickets in advance or at the venue.
  • Wilmington University is not responsible for lost or misplaced tickets.

  • Standard security measures will be in place, so everyone entering the Chase Center will be searched.
  • Strollers, infant carriers, balloons, backpacks, large purses, or outside food and beverages are not permitted in the Chase Center.
