YATT FORAKER, who was recently named a constable with WilmU’s Department of Safety, formerly served for five years as a constable for the Delaware Magistrate Courts System. Moreover, he participated and graduated from a five-week, 180- hour Constable Academy sponsored by Delaware Technical Community College
and underwent 40 hours of additional training required for Firearm Qualification and First Aid. The academy’s curriculum is based on skills most law enforcement officers and constables need to serve students, faculty, staff and visitors of Wilmington University. WU
