British athlete Sebastian Coe called sports a universal language; “Building more bridges between people than anything else I can think of,” he says. Collegiate sports are deeply inscribed in American culture and athletes traverse the world to take part in them.
Many travel to WilmU. In 2016, the University welcomed 115 new international student-athletes. Meet a few of those global stars.
