Biography

Bev Peterson recently joined the College of Technology as instructional faculty for the   M.S. Information Systems Technologies program.

With her expansive professional experience in program and project management, Bev has demonstrated expertise in providing both strategic and operational leadership for global Human Capital Management systems. She has effectively overseen technical teams to support the operations and maintenance of IT systems, while also playing a pivotal role in promoting consistency and standardization across programs, processes, and tools associated with HR Technology and HR Information Systems.

Bev began her teaching journey at WilmU more than three decades ago as an adjunct faculty member. She has consistently delivered high-quality instruction across various courses within the College of Technology. Her dedication and proficiency in teaching culminated in her promotion to the position of Adjunct Professor.  She continues to bring her program and project management expertise to the classroom, enriching the student learning experience by integrating contemporary business examples to augment course instruction and materials.

Bev is a Project Management Professional (PMP) and is also a member of Epsilon Pi Tau, the International Honor Society for Professionals in Technology.
