Biography

Dr. Tracey Pritchard, in her role as associate professor and chair of the school counseling program, offers extensive experience spanning three decades across various sectors including school counseling, administration, teaching, and higher education. Complementing this experience is her academic background, which includes degrees in elementary education, school counseling, and innovation and leadership.

Dr. Pritchard has spearheaded the development and implementation of multiple ASCA model school counseling programs and was part of a team leading a university in CACREP accreditation. Her extensive experience across PK-12 and university levels, including her role as a head of school in two different and diverse settings, equips her with invaluable insights into the intricacies of education, enabling her to navigate its challenges with foresight and vision.
