Biography
Dr. Karen Marie Wagner-Clarke is the undergraduate Business Management (BBM) Program Chair for the College of Business at Wilmington University in New Castle, Delaware.
In this role, Dr. Wagner-Clarke leads a team of undergraduate business management and sports management faculty and facilitates courses throughout the undergraduate and graduate programs within the College of Business. She also serves as a Dissertation in Progress (DIP) Advisor & Chair of the Doctor of Education (Ed.D) Organizational Leadership & Innovation (OLI) DIP Advisory Committee.
Before serving in this role, Dr. Wagner-Clarke was the Director of Learning and Development, Senior Research Specialist, and lead content writer for a consulting firm. She is also an experienced technical writer and editor frequently published in edited textbooks and academic and experience journals.
She served as an adjunct faculty member for WilmU (since 2014) and facilitated courses for the College of Business and the College of Education and Liberal Arts. Dr. Wagner-Clarke is SHRM-SCP, TESOL, and ESL/EFL certified. She also holds a certificate in Teaching and Learning in Higher Education from Georgetown University.
