Biography

Dr. Lois Grande is currently an Adjunct Professor and serves as Clinical Co-Coordinator of Practicum and Internship in the Clinical Mental Health Counseling Graduate Program at Wilmington University.  She holds a doctorate in Clinical Psychology, and is a Licensed Professional Counselor in Mental Health.  Dr. Grande is a former Assistant Professor of Psychology at the University of Delaware, where she served as the Coordinator of the U.D. Psychological Services Center and director of Practicum/Internship.  She is published in mental health, Pastoral Psychology and Program Evaluation Grant-funded Research.

Dr. Grande served on the Medical Staff of Union Hospital in Elkton, Maryland, where she was the Program Manager for the Psychiatric Emergency Response Team, in the Department of Emergency Services.  She is also a former Clinical Therapist at Upper Bay Counseling in Elkton, Maryland.

Dr. Grande has also been a frequent speaker and Seminar/Workshop Leader and Consultant to Hospitals, Schools, and Churches in the areas of Clinical Psychology, Trauma, Spirituality, and the Healing of Emotions.
