Many of our students use Federal Student Aid (FSA) programs—the most common form of financial aid—for tuition assistance. FSA programs are offered by the federal government to provide financial aid options that can help make your WilmU education even more affordable.

Grants
This form of financial aid does not have to be repaid.
Loans
This form of financial aid is borrowed money and must be repaid (usually with interest).
Work-Study
This aid is funds earned through part-time employment.

FAFSA 2023-2024 (Fall 2023, Spring 2024, Summer 2024):

1. Create your FSA ID
An FSA ID is a username and password that enables access to Federal Student Aid’s online systems and serves as a legal signature.
2. Complete the Free Application for Federal Student Aid (FAFSA)
The FAFSA form collects your current financial information so federal financial aid eligibility and an award amount can be determined by the federal government.
3. Use WilmU’s school code: 007948
Once we receive your FAFSA, we will email you to confirm receipt and provide your next necessary steps.
