Wilmington University Holds 12th Annual Hoop Fest This Friday

The 12th Annual Wildcat Hoop Fest (formerly known as Midnight Madness) is set to kick off this Friday night, October 16 at 7:00 p.m. in the Pratt Gymnasium and you are invited. Hoop Fest, Wilmington University's largest athletic event, is a night to showcase all the athletic teams, support student activities and have some fun.
Enjoy some free pizza while watching the show and don't forget to sign up for a chance to win a 32" flat screen television! Doors open at 7:00 pm, and the event begins at 7:30 pm, with free admission for all fans. The first 50 fans will receive a Wilm U t-shirt, and there will be various giveaways and fan contests during the evening.
Hoop Fest will begin with an introduction of the 2009-20010 Men’s and Women’s Basketball Teams. Also included in the festivities are a 3-Point Contest, 2-Ball Contest, drills, and a special performance by the Wildcat Cheerleaders and ‘Catz Dance Team.
