Wilmington University Encourages Martin Luther King, Jr. Day of Service

Students, faculty and staff are encouraged to join in services, activities.

Dr. Martin Luther King Jr. once said, “Life's most persistent and urgent question is “What are you doing for others?”
 
On Monday, January 20, Wilmington University will be closed in observance of the federal holiday honoring Dr. King and encourages the University community to participate in this day of community service. 

The City of Wilmington is seeking volunteers for a variety of service-oriented activities. All those interested should visit The City of Wilmington – Your Government for more information.
