The Twelve Days Of Fitness

Treat yourself to the gift of good health by staying active this holiday season.  Physical activity is a great way to relieve stress and enjoy a few holiday goodies without gaining weight. This program will provide a foundation to maintain a consistent exercise routine during the holidays.

We have all heard the song "The Twelve Days of Christmas." This season, the Employee Wellness Center has tweaked the old song and is bringing you the Twelve Days of Fitness.

Instructions to receive a Wellness Token:

The 12 days will begin on Tuesday, December 4th and end on Wednesday, December 19th.

Each day starting December 4th an exercise will be posted in the Wellness Center for you to complete (modifications available).

As the days progress, you are required to complete the new exercise in addition to each previous exercise, ending in a full body routine!

Exercises must be completed on consecutive days (weekend exception).

You will be given a calendar to record the exercises as described for the day.  

Hand in your completed sheet to Ashley by December 19th for your Wellness Token.
