The Green Team
at Wilmington University

The Green Team, born in November 2006, is a volunteer group of Faculty, Staff and Students striving to raise awareness on campus, at home and in the community. The Green Team is working to establish and implement sustainability programs that improve environmental quality, decrease waste and conserve natural resources and energy. Higher education institutions bear a profound responsibility to increase the awareness, knowledge, skills and values needed to create a just and sustainable future.
