Sponsorship Opportunities

Some of the many ways you can support the Green and White Scholarship Ball are listed below. Sponsorships are tax deductible*. Contact the Annual Fund office for instructions or details at gloria.r.johnson@wilmu.edu.

Sponsorship Opportunities Form

Themed Room Sponsor — $5,000

There are THREE opportunities left to be a Room Sponsor for one of our themed rooms. Each Room Sponsor will receive:

  • Name and logo on Green and White Ball Room
    signage, Reception/Registration signage,
    selected room signage, and electronic displays
  • Full page ad and name and logo listed in the
    Program and Silent Auction Brochure
  • Name and logo on web site
  • Option of promotional item placed in gift bag
  • Twelve event tickets

Gold Sponsor — $3,000

Each Gold Sponsor will receive:

  • Name and logo on Green and White Ball Room signage and electronic displays

  • Ten event tickets

Silver Sponsor — $2,000

Bronze Sponsor — $1,000

Each Bronze Sponsor will receive:

Advertising space is available in the Program & Silent Auction Brochure that will be distributed to the attendees at the Wilmington University Green and White Scholarship Ball. Donate a Silent Auction Item

Organizations or individuals can donate desirable items for auction. The donor of each auction item will be listed alongside the item in the Program and Silent Auction brochure. For information on donating an item for the silent auction, please contact Peg Mitchell at peg.p.mitchell@wilmu.edu.
