Admission Requirements

Please refer to The Graduate Admissions Process section for general graduate admission information. For consideration and admission to the Master of Science in Organizational Leadership program:

  1. Download the Application Materials Business People

    The packet includes:
    • Instructions for Completing the Application
    • Instructions for the MSOL Program Admissions Essay
    • An Application for Graduate Admission
    • Two Recommendation Forms
  2. Submit all completed documents including a copy of your current resume with a $35.00 non-refundable application fee to Wilmington University, Office of Graduate Admissions.
  3. Submit all official transcripts from accredited colleges, universities, or other degree-granting institutions, verifying completion of a bachelor’s degree and other course work.
    • Have official transcript(s) sent directly to the Wilmington University Graduate Admissions Office from past colleges or universities. Transcripts must be official, indicating the college or university seal, in a sealed envelope.
  4. Your current resume should highlight approximately five years of management or leadership responsibilities.
  5. Applicants must have their organization’s support in pursuing the program.
  6. Complete an interview with the MSOL Admissions Committee.
    • During the interview, the written essay is discussed and evaluated. Students who do not meet the College standard will be expected to complete ENG 365, Academic Writing.
